Refund & Return Policy

Products once sold cannot be returned unless there is some defect. Products can be returned by User only by registering or lodging a ‘Return’ request’ by logging a call on the Company’s Customer Service Centre.
In case User opts for replacement of the Product due to any defect at the time of delivery or demo/installation of the Product, User will have to ensure that the Product is returned in undamaged and saleable condition including all accessories and manuals. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton.

Demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only, in case of further clarifications, we would request to contact us on 83030 33355 or email us on info@coolcarecompany.com and we will be happy to clarify on the same. After delivery/receipt of product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.

Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service center/franchisee only. Standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service center/franchisee.
